The Real Estate AI Prospecting Pack: High-Conversion Prompts

Speed is the only competitive advantage left in 2026. If you’ve read our Real Estate Case Study, you know that automation is key. But automation without the right “voice” is just spam.

These prompts are engineered to work with Claude 3.5 or ChatGPT to handle the heavy lifting of lead qualification and follow-up.

Prompt 1: The “Interest-First” Lead Qualifier

Goal: To take a raw name and phone number and determine if they are a “Serious Buyer” or a “Window Shopper.”

The Prompt: “Act as a high-end Real Estate Assistant for AIWiner Realty. You just received a lead from Zillow. The lead’s name is [Name] and they inquired about [Property Address]. Write a text message that is under 160 characters. Do NOT sound like a robot. Ask a specific question about their timeline for moving to see how urgent they are. Use a friendly, professional, yet casual tone.”

Prompt 2: The Objection Handler (The “Market is too high” Rebuttal)

Goal: To overcome the most common objection in 2026 real estate using logic and data.

The Prompt: “A lead says: ‘I think I’ll wait for the rates to drop further.’ Act as a senior investment advisor. Draft a response that explains the ‘Cost of Waiting’ in a sympathetic but firm way. Use a short story or a simple math example to show that waiting might cost them more in equity than they save in interest. Keep it under 100 words.”

Prompt 3: The 7-Day “Ghosting” Reviver

Goal: To re-engage a lead that stopped responding after the first call.

The Prompt: “Write a short, ‘pattern-interrupt’ email for a lead who hasn’t responded in 7 days. The subject line should be ‘Quick question about [Property].’ The email should mention that a similar property just hit the market and ask if they want the link before it goes live on Zillow. Goal: Curiosity.”

How to Implement These in Your Workflows

To get the most out of these, you shouldn’t just copy-paste them manually. You should plug them into your Make.com workflows so that your GoHighLevel CRM sends them automatically based on lead behavior.

Data-Driven Communication

The difference between a failing agency and a million-dollar firm is the quality of their “Scripts.” These prompts ensure your Business Operations are run with the highest level of communication standards.
